Ingredients

  • 4 large Chicken Breasts (Boned / Skinned)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1/4 cup Butter (Melted)
  • Swiss Cheese (Sliced)
  • Stuffing Mix

Method

  1. Grease a large casserole and place the chicken breasts in it.
  2. Place a piece of sliced swiss cheese on top of the chicken breasts.
  3. Pour in the cream of mushroom soup over the top of the chicken breasts.
  4. Sprinkle lightly with crumbled stuffing.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 350° for about an hour.
