Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 large Chicken Breasts (Boned / Skinned)
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 cup Dry White Wine
- 1/4 cup Butter (Melted)
- Swiss Cheese (Sliced)
- Stuffing Mix
Method
- Grease a large casserole and place the chicken breasts in it.
- Place a piece of sliced swiss cheese on top of the chicken breasts.
- Pour in the cream of mushroom soup over the top of the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle lightly with crumbled stuffing.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350° for about an hour.
