Chicken With Orange Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Joints
- 4 Bacon Rashers (Chopped)
- 1/2 pt Chicken Stock
- 2 tbl Flour
- 2 tbl Oil
- 2 large Oranges (Juiced / Rind)
Method
- Take a pan and brown the chicken using a little oil.
- Remove the chicken to a casserole.
- Stir the flour into the juices in the pan and cook for a minute.
- Add the grated orange rind, chicken stock and the orange juice.
- Bring the sauce to the boil and pour over the chicken and bacon.
- Cover the casserole and place in the oven.
- Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
