Chicken Parm Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 large Chicken Breasts (Boned / Skinned / Sliced)
- 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1 tbl Olive Oil
- 1 large Egg (Beaten)
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Italian Tomato Sauce
- Oregano
- Powder Garlic
Method
- Take a cooking pan and drizzle with oil.
- Put the chicken into a bowl with the beaten egg and roll.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumbs onto a flat surface and roll chicken breasts until well covered.
- Place the breadcrumbed chicken onto the pan and cook until brown over a steady heat.
- Then roll the chicken in the tomato sauce.
- Place chunks of mozzarella cheese over the chicken, then sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
- Bake in an over preheated to 350° for about 30 minutes.
