Ingredients

  • 4 large Chicken Breasts (Boned / Skinned / Sliced)
  • 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbl Olive Oil
  • 1 large Egg (Beaten)
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Italian Tomato Sauce
  • Oregano
  • Powder Garlic

Method

  1. Take a cooking pan and drizzle with oil.
  2. Put the chicken into a bowl with the beaten egg and roll.
  3. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs onto a flat surface and roll chicken breasts until well covered.
  4. Place the breadcrumbed chicken onto the pan and cook until brown over a steady heat.
  5. Then roll the chicken in the tomato sauce.
  6. Place chunks of mozzarella cheese over the chicken, then sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
  7. Bake in an over preheated to 350° for about 30 minutes.
