Chicken And Leek Bake Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 2 Leeks (Sliced)
- 2 oz Mushrooms (Chopped)
- 1 tin Mushroom Soup
- 1 carton Double Cream
- 1 Garlic Clove (Crushed)
- Sweet Milk
- Seasoning
Method
- Take a pan and brown the chicken breasts in a little oil.
- Remove to an ovenproof dish.
- Put the sliced leek, chopped mushrooms and crushed garlic on top of the chicken.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soup and double cream. Season.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover the casserole.
- Cook in an oven preheated to 350° for about 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve with potatoes.
