Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Leeks (Sliced)
  • 2 oz Mushrooms (Chopped)
  • 1 tin Mushroom Soup
  • 1 carton Double Cream
  • 1 Garlic Clove (Crushed)
  • Sweet Milk
  • Seasoning

Method

  1. Take a pan and brown the chicken breasts in a little oil.
  2. Remove to an ovenproof dish.
  3. Put the sliced leek, chopped mushrooms and crushed garlic on top of the chicken.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the soup and double cream. Season.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  6. Cover the casserole.
  7. Cook in an oven preheated to 350° for about 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Serve with potatoes.
