Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fettuccine (Cooked / Drained)
  • 1/4 lb Mushrooms (Quartered)
  • 2 1/2 cups Chicken (Cooked)
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 2 tbl Butter (Melted)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 3 Green Onions

Method

  1. Take a pan and sauté the onions and mushrooms until they are tender.
  2. Add the half & half.
  3. Let the mixture simmer then add the peas.
  4. Now add the chicken, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour over the fettuccine and top with the grated parmesan cheese.
