Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients
- 12 oz Fettuccine (Cooked / Drained)
- 1/4 lb Mushrooms (Quartered)
- 2 1/2 cups Chicken (Cooked)
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1 cup Half & Half
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 2 tbl Butter (Melted)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 3 Green Onions
Method
- Take a pan and sauté the onions and mushrooms until they are tender.
- Add the half & half.
- Let the mixture simmer then add the peas.
- Now add the chicken, salt and pepper.
- Pour over the fettuccine and top with the grated parmesan cheese.
