Chicken And Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breasts (Boned / Skined / Cubed)
- 6 oz Fettuccine (Uncooked)
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 2 tbl Butter (Melted)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
- Cook the fettuccine in a pan according to instructions.
- Add the broccoli and cook for 4 minutes.
- Drain the water from the pan.
- Cook the cubed chicken in a skillet until browned.
- Add the soup, parmesan cheese, milk, salt, pepper and the fettuccine mixture while stirring.
- Serve hot.
