Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts (Boned / Skined / Cubed)
  • 6 oz Fettuccine (Uncooked)
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 tbl Butter (Melted)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Cook the fettuccine in a pan according to instructions.
  2. Add the broccoli and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Drain the water from the pan.
  4. Cook the cubed chicken in a skillet until browned.
  5. Add the soup, parmesan cheese, milk, salt, pepper and the fettuccine mixture while stirring.
  6. Serve hot.
