Baked Hawaiian Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 large Chicken Breasts (Boned / Skinned)
- 20 oz Pineapple (Sliced)
- 1/2 cup Coconut (Flaked)
- 3 tbl Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbl Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
Method
- Put the pineapple pieces into a baking tray.
- Take a small mixing bowl and combine the sugar, curry powder and vegetable oil.
- Using a brush, cover the chicken with the mixture.
- Load the chicken breasts on top of the pineapple and sprinkle with coconut.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 425° for about 30 minutes.
