Baked Chicken Breasts Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 3/4 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Butter (Melted)
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- 3 tsp Celery Salt
- 3 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 8 Breasts (Halved / Boned / Skinned)
- 1 pinch Garlic Powder
Method
- Take a large mixing bowl and combine the lemon juice, sour cream, celery salt, Worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Then add in the chicken breasts and coat each breast well.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Pre heat your oven to 360°.
- Place the marinaded chicken breasts onto a baking tray.
- Sprinkle the chicken breasts with the bread crumbs.
- Now drizzle with melted butter.
- Cook for about an hour, or until they are cooked through.
