Baked Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 3/4 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Butter (Melted)
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 3 tsp Celery Salt
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 8 Breasts (Halved / Boned / Skinned)
  • 1 pinch Garlic Powder

Method

  1. Take a large mixing bowl and combine the lemon juice, sour cream, celery salt, Worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Then add in the chicken breasts and coat each breast well.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Pre heat your oven to 360°.
  5. Place the marinaded chicken breasts onto a baking tray.
  6. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with the bread crumbs.
  7. Now drizzle with melted butter.
  8. Cook for about an hour, or until they are cooked through.
