Orange Cake Recipe

Ingredients

• 1-3/4 cups Flour
• 1-1/4 cups Sugar
• 1 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Olive Oil
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 3 Eggs
• 1 Orange Zest

Method

1. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
2. Add the oil, milk and orange zest whilst mixing.
3. Sift in the baking soda, baking powder, flour and salt while mixing.
4. Pour into a greased 8“ cake pan.
5. Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for about 70 minutes or until brown.
