Brandy Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Natural Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Margarine (Softened)
- 1/2 cup Brandy
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together the margarine and sugar.
- Add the egg whites while beating continuously.
- In another bowl, mix together the yoghurt, vanilla extract and brandy. Then add to the cream mix.
- Add the soda and salt while mixing.
- Pour into a large cake pan.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for about 45 minutes.
