Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Natural Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Margarine (Softened)
  • 1/2 cup Brandy
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Powdered Sugar

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the margarine and sugar.
  2. Add the egg whites while beating continuously.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the yoghurt, vanilla extract and brandy. Then add to the cream mix.
  4. Add the soda and salt while mixing.
  5. Pour into a large cake pan.
  6. Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for about 45 minutes.
