Beer Cake Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup Beer
• 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
• 4 Eggs
• 1 pkt Yellow Cake Mix
• 1 pkt Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix

Method

1. In a large bowl, mix together the yellow cake mix and instant vanilla pudding mix.
2. Add the eggs while beating continuously until thickened and smooth.
3. Pour into a large 10“ cake pan.
4. Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for about 55 minutes.
