Thai Mini-beefburgers Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz Lean Beef (Minced)
- 4 tbl Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbl Desicated Coconut
- 1 tbl Red Thai Curry Paste
- 1 tbl Ginger Paste
- 1 tbl Lemon Juice
Method
- Take a mixing bowl, pour in a drop of olive oil.
- Combine the mince beef, breadcrumbs, desicated coconut, red Thai curry paste, ginger paste and lemon juice.
- Shape into 10 balls and flatten each ball into a burger.
- Place on a ovenproof baking tray.
- Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes, changing sides to avoid any charring.
