Ingredients

  • 8 oz Lean Beef (Minced)
  • 4 tbl Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbl Desicated Coconut
  • 1 tbl Red Thai Curry Paste
  • 1 tbl Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbl Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Take a mixing bowl, pour in a drop of olive oil.
  2. Combine the mince beef, breadcrumbs, desicated coconut, red Thai curry paste, ginger paste and lemon juice.
  3. Shape into 10 balls and flatten each ball into a burger.
  4. Place on a ovenproof baking tray.
  5. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes, changing sides to avoid any charring.
