Mexican Beef Burritos Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Beef (Minced)
- 2 oz Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
- 4 tbl Tomato Puree
- 1 tin Salsa Sauce
- 1 pack Flour Tortillas
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Red Pepper (Chopped)
- 1 Green Pepper (Chopped)
Method
- Place the minced beef in a frying pan (without oil) and fry until browned.
- Add the peppers and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Pour in the tomato puree and salsa sauce.
- Cover the pan and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the tortillas.
- Pour the beef mixture into a tortilla.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve hot with a side salad.
