Lazy Beef Lasagne Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Beef (Minced)
- 10 oz Spinach
- 5 oz Natural Yoghurt
- 2 oz Cheese (Grated)
- 3/4 pt Passata
- 1/4 pt Skimmed Milk
- 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 8-10 sheets 'No Cook' Lasagne Pasta
- 1 Egg
- 1 Stock Cube
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Garlic Clove (Chopped)
Method
- Fry the minced beef, garlic and onion until lightly browned.
- Add the passata, mixed herbs and crumbled stock cube.
- Season and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Lightly squeeze the spinach and layer into an ovenproof dish.
- Then add the meat, more pasta sheets and spinach etc. until out of ingredients.
- Take a mixing bowl and whisk the egg, yoghurt and milk, then stir in half the cheese.
- Spoon over the top and then sprinkle on the rest of the cheese.
- Cook in an oven preheated to 350° for about 30 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread and a salad.
