Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean Beef (Minced)
  • 10 oz Spinach
  • 5 oz Natural Yoghurt
  • 2 oz Cheese (Grated)
  • 3/4 pt Passata
  • 1/4 pt Skimmed Milk
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 8-10 sheets 'No Cook' Lasagne Pasta
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Stock Cube
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Garlic Clove (Chopped)

Method

  1. Fry the minced beef, garlic and onion until lightly browned.
  2. Add the passata, mixed herbs and crumbled stock cube.
  3. Season and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Lightly squeeze the spinach and layer into an ovenproof dish.
  5. Then add the meat, more pasta sheets and spinach etc. until out of ingredients.
  6. Take a mixing bowl and whisk the egg, yoghurt and milk, then stir in half the cheese.
  7. Spoon over the top and then sprinkle on the rest of the cheese.
  8. Cook in an oven preheated to 350° for about 30 minutes.
  9. Serve with crusty bread and a salad.
