Italian Mini-beefburgers Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz Lean Beef (Minced)
- 1 tbl Tomato Puree
- 1 tbl Breadcrumbs
- 10 Black Olives (Pitted / Chopped)
- 2 Sundried Tomatoes (Chopped)
Method
- Combine the minced beef, tomato puree, breadcrumbs, olives and tomatoes.
- Shape into 10 balls.
- Then flatten each ball into a burger by hand.
- Place the burgers on baking tray.
- Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes, remembering to flip over to avoid burning.
