Herby Hot Meaty Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz Lean Beef Rump
- 7 oz Mixed Salad Leaves
- 4 oz Mushrooms
- 4 tbl Mayonnaise
- 2 tbl Mixed Herbs
- 2 tbl Raspberry Vinegar
- 1 tbl Honey
- 1 tbl paprika
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove (Crushed)
- 1 Red Chilli
- Seasoning
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat for a couple of minutes.
- Add the garlic and mushrooms then cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the honey, seasoning, half the herbs and vinegar.
- Stir and simmer for a further couple of minutes, then pour over leaf salad.
- Sprinkle with the rest of the mixed herbs.
- Serve with crusty bread.
