Beef Bean Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 oz Baked Beans
- 8 oz Corned Beef (Cubed)
- 6 oz Self Raising Flour
- 4 oz Tomato Juice
- 3 oz Margarine
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
Method
- Take a mixing bowl and combine the baked beans, onions, corned beef and tomato juice.
- Remove to a casserole dish.
- Combine the flour, margarine and herbs until a doughy consistency.
- Roll out until 1/2 an inch thick.
- Cut into rounds and place them in an overlapping pattern onto of the beef.
- Glaze with beaten egg.
